If you really don’t find Time for Yoga, Try for a 15-20 mins walk daily and 15 Minutes of Meditation (Do it under Yoga Guide) .Lets take one step ahead for a health Body and Mind
3. Make a Habit of being Independent
Make a habit of depending less on others .If you are working ,learn to live on your own , try managing your expense all on your own (seek for advices from your family ,elders and Friends) , Cook yourself so that you know at least how to cook ,wash your clothes , Clean your house, Buy Grocery ,Travel alone and this is how you you learn to be truly Independent and keep in mind being independent makes you a strong Person .So what are you waiting for Girls Go and Explore Life

7. Spend time with your Loved ones
Its absolutely necessary to spend a quality time with your Family, Friends and Relatives.
Spending time not only forms a close bonds between all of you but also makes you understand the value of your Loved ones. After all Life is no fun to walk alone
8. Walk away from Toxic People
World is full of Weird Creatures too. If you feel yourself surrounded by people who demotivates you very often ,makes you feel bad , Blame you for their own mistakes and feels pride in doing so , its time to walk away girls !!! No Second Thoughts please
